At Boyds, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every luxury purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your selection, we accept returns of unworn, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, hangtags, and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and secure it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
